what's with all the white stuff?

Tuesday morning we got a 2 hour delay for some reason. supposedly the rodes were icy. then on Tuesday night it actually snowed! and I'm talking like REAL snow. it came down hard for around 30 minutes (maybe a little more)....



....and then it stopped. but it was at least enough to cover the ground. we didn't have any more during the night or anything but it kind of stuck and there was still some on the ground in the morning.



i wanted to play in it so Emily came over but by the time she got there is was pretty much gone. i was determined to make a snowman though. so, with a little snow and some left over Christmas candy...



ta da! i know...kind of pitiful. but hey, its still a snowman. a very very little snowman. but a snowman all the same.

thanks to Emily for freezing her butt off just to make me happy. :)
